My Family

I am blessed with a great family… Dana and I have been married for 17 years and the kids are Caleb (12) Aaron (11) and Ashley (10). Caleb is in the Kelly Lane band, plays the Euphonium, and wants to run cross country track. Aaron and Ashley both play soccer and love competing in triathlons.

I just got up. Being retired is great. God laid it on my heart this morning before I even had my coffee, to pray for you. I’ve been through the rough waters your going through and I doubted if the boat was going to make it over the next wave (that was before I came back to God’s flock). Well as you can see I survived. My prayers were not answered the way I had prayed they would be. That was not God’s plan and I can see that clearly now. Charles I truly hope that you find comfort and peace in doing God’s will.

I couldn’t help but stop and write to say that I came upon your blog because of your bunny suit post! I have worked in such a fabrication plant and was trying to find a photo to show a friend what exactly was a bunny suit (not the Playboy kind!). Also, I wish you good luck on your weight loss journey. I know it can be difficult and hard to stay committed and dedicated because I’ve been working on my own journey. Feel free to check out my own blog so I won’t seem like such a weird stranger just posting a comment on your blog. (You should open up comments, by the way!)
